Certified yoga therapist, Meredith Phipps, combines yoga therapy, somatic work, and polyvagal informed tools to guide you in rebuilding trust with your body—at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t need to be flexible or have any yoga experience. Just come as you are.
Her deep hope is that over time, your body can become not just something to manage, but a place of connection, safety, and even awe.

A 90 min initial session and 60 min follow-up sessions centered around your needs and addressing the whole body and mind to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Reforge your relationship with your body!

Telehealth Options
A 90 min initial session and 60 min follow-up sessions offered to you in the comfort of your own space through HIPAA compliant Zoom. Meredith is an experienced telehealth provider, ensuring your needs are met online just as well as they are in person.

Special Events
Evidence-based workshops and public speaking engagements, providing education, support, and mind-body practices to address your group needs. Meredith is a seasoned public speaker and is passionate about sharing the gift of embodied therapy!
