About Meredith Phipps
hope for understandingMeredith’s Story
Meredith is a certified yoga therapist with a Master’s in Yoga Therapy and over eight years of experience walking with people through trauma, anxiety, addiction, and the realities of aging. Her approach blends yoga, somatic therapy, and polyvagal theory—but at the heart of it all is her deep belief that our bodies are not just part of the problem, they’re a vital part of the healing.
Her passion comes from her own story. Years ago, in the midst of deep personal pain, yoga became a space where she could finally feel safe in her body again. That season of healing opened her up to a new kind of intimacy with God—one where she began to see her body not with shame, but with awe, as something beautifully designed and deeply loved.
Today, Meredith helps others rebuild that kind of relationship with themselves—where the body becomes a place of safety, connection, and even wonder. She works one-on-one with clients both in person and via telehealth from her home in Texas.

Working with creation
To my beloved followers of Christ
I’m not here to change your mind about yoga. That is a personal journey each person must go on with the Lord. I am here to invite you to consider the marvelous creation of our Majestic God: your body. Every good and perfect gift comes down from Heaven from the Father of lights,” “Everything was created by Him, for Him, and through him.”
There is a practice which involves your whole heart, mind, soul, and strength, which alters your neurochemistry, which changes your cellular makeup, which restores balance to your whole self. The God who created your mind to respond to danger in such a specific way so you may survive, created the same system to return to rest! Joy, mindfulness, gratitude, breath…. Restoring balance to your whole self.
What’s more: your body is a temple. No one else knows every cell, every muscle, every sinew, every thought, every system, every joy but God Himself. Only we share this intimate knowledge of our internal happenings with God. This makes our bodies the most sacred, intimate and private place we can go to be alone with God, to share knowledge and space- the presence of God in the Holy of holies. Do you not know your body is a temple?
Your body is His creation. You were fearfully and wonderfully made. KNOW that full well. How do you behold His creation? What else in creation do you marvel at:: the majestic mountains? The mighty sea? The intricate detail and purpose of a butterfly’s wings? How much more intricate are you, Beloved?
What would it look like to reforge your relationship with this marvelous creation? What might it look like to dive deep into the innermost parts with the Holy Spirit as your guide? To explore with curiosity, openness, and reverence, and let Him reveal His majesty and grace woven into His design: your body.
It would be an honor to re-introduce you to this majestic creation and offer space for you to walk with the Holy Spirit through this holy temple. If you’re willing, I am ready to support your journey.
